Members shall not upload images containing nudity or pornography. All images and posts will be reviewed and approved by ModelEnvy.com. Any image may be refused by ModelEnvy.com. Uploading of images that break the terms may result in the cancellation of a member's account.

Members shall be at least 18 years old as of the date of signing up. ModelEnvy.com currently does not allow anyone under 18 to register through the website.

After registering with ModelEnvy.com, some members may require further review by phone or email in order to be approved. All Scouts, Agents and Photographers will be reviewed by an employee of ModelEnvy.com before having the ability to use the website to ensure the safety of our members.

Violation of these Terms and Conditions will cause your membership to be terminated and your profile to be removed from ModelEnvy without any notice whatsoever and without refund of any/all monies paid.

By signing up with Model Envy and clicking the button below, you agree to these terms of service, and any future changes in these terms. You may cancel your service at any time but may not be entitled to a refund or other compensations.
